Human Resources Generalist

This is a leadership position that reports directly to the Director of Corporate Services and Human Resources and will be responsible to provide support in all areas of HR including:  recruitment; on-boarding & orientation, performance management, benefits & disabilities management, employee training development and records management; health and safety and employee engagement.


  • Manage full life cycle recruitment for all positions.

Electrical Services Specialist

We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers, Electrical Technologists, and Journeyperson Electricians to further develop our Manitoba operations.

Joining our team will mean taking a visible role with new and existing clients in Manitoba.  You will also be expected to help develop and support the engineering and electrical construction elements of our organization.  This will involve quoting, in-house design and study functions, as well as field-orientated project construction, commissioning, preventative maintenance and testing assignments.

  • Design, inspect, commission, test, maintain and repair electrical power and control systems; generators, transformers, breakers, protection relays and other equipment.

Regina, Saskatchewan

Our Regina office requires the services of an intermediate level project estimator to support our Electrical Services Department.  This position will report to a Senior Estimator.  Often working alongside our Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical Service teams, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing accurate estimates on multiple projects.  Preference will be given to persons with experience in industrial and/or high voltage substation settings.


  • Coordinate and prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical construction projects; analyze drawings, specifications and bid documentation, data collection, quantity takeoffs, possible site trips, formulating questions and participating in multi-discipline scope meetings.

  • Maintain accurate files and backup data to support estimates.

  • Prepare handover packages to communicate estimate details, assumptions, exceptions and expectations to those executing the work.

  • Maintain and grow client relationships.


  • Post-secondary degree, diploma in the related field or journeyman red seal ticket.

  • 5 years’ experience in project coordination and estimating.

  • Must possess strong computer and MS Office skills; Word, Excel, MS Project

  • Experience with Accubid BidWinner or similar software would be an asset.

Project Manager

Joining our team will mean taking a visible role with new and existing clients.  This is a leadership position that reports directly to department managers and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, overseeing construction and contract details on multiple client projects. Preference will be given to persons with experience in industrial facilities, high voltage substations or electric utilities.


  • Plan, organize, evaluate, and monitor the progress of projects throughout their cycle.

  • Manage contract scope and change orders with the customer.

  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones to meet established schedules.

  • Manage and monitor agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Schedule manpower and equipment for the projects.

Health and Safety Officer

We are looking for a Health and Safety Officer to coordinate implementation of the Safety program in the field.  The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to continuous improvement and participate in the development of policies, and systems.  You are a leader in safety with specialized knowledge and skills to provide worker training as required.  You interact with Dynamo Electric personnel at all levels and clients with respect to their specific site requirements.


  • Support operations in meeting all Health, Safety and Environment policy commitments

  • Provide interpretation and guidance applying Act and Regulation legislation 

  • Assist in job planning, creating hazard assessments and providing safety resource support for operations to meet all job specific safety requirements

  • Conduct safety inspections, audits and develop corrective action plans with management

Engineer-in-Training or Electrical Engineering Techologist

Our Saskatoon office requires a full-time Electrical Engineer-in-Training or Electrical Engineering Technologist to provide support for the engineering consulting and field service aspects of our business.  By joining our technical team, you will be exposed to both-in-house design/study functions as well as field-orientated project construction, commissioning and testing assignments.
