Office Administrator

Regina, Saskatchewan

Our Regina office requires a full time Office Administrator with minimum 3+ years’ experience, preferably in an Electrical Services, Technical Services, or Engineering office environment. The successful candidate will be a very organized results-oriented self-starter with a keen aptitude for detail and working with numbers.  Preference will be given to a candidate with extensive amount of experience in accounting and project-related invoicing. 
Accounting & Payroll:
  • Accounting – daily data entry functions including timesheets, expenses, purchase orders, mileage logs and other supportive calculations.
  • Weekly Time Sheet entry and review for errors.
  • Assist with job openings, quotations, and entering job cost estimates.
Travel, Accommodations and Rentals:  
  • Arranging travel and accommodations and/or rentals.
General Administration:
  • Welcome and greet any visitors in our Regina Office.
  • Receive and distribute mail accordingly.
  • Assist with business development functions and compile packages.
  • Assist with formatting of Reports and Quotations.
  • Maintain and purchase office supplies for Regina. 
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas in the office.
  • Assist in leading and organizing employee office functions.
  • Scan, file and archive to maintain file systems.

  • A Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a recognized teaching institution. 
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in an office conducting key accounting functions and project related billings preferably in an Electrical services, Technical services, or Engineering office environment.
  • Must be proficient in use of MS office suite – particularly word processing, spreadsheet and database programs. 
  • Proven and proficient use of automated accounting software, preferably with an ERP system - Vista Viewpoint would be an asset. 
  • Aptitude for organizing, tracking, and monitoring work processes for a project team.
  • Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial, human resource and client files.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle considerable volume under tight deadlines;

CWB Fitter / Welder

Regina, Saskatchewan

Our Regina office requires a CWB Fitter/Welder with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience to provide support to our growing Metal Fabrication Division.  
By joining our Steel Fabrication team, you will be exposed to both shop and on-site work environments and will require the following qualifications:
Some of your responsibilities may include:
  • CWB 47.1 Tickets FCAW (1GF, 2GF) and SMAW (1GF, 2GF, 3GF, 4GF)
  • Inter-Provincial Welding Certificate and pressure ticket would be an asset.
  • Current Valid Driver’s Licence & Driver’s Abstract required.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints.        
  • Ability to thrive in a minimal supervision environment
  • Ability to pay careful attention to detail.
  • Motivated self-starter.

Electrical-in-Training or Electrical Engineering Technologist

Our Regina office requires a full-time Electrical Engineer-in-Training or Electrical Engineering Technologist to provide support for the engineering consulting and field service aspects of our business.  By joining our technical team, you will be exposed to both-in-house design/study functions as well as field-orientated project construction, commissioning and testing assignments.

Some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Power system studies; short circuit, coordination, power flow, arc flash, etc. 

  • Plant engineering and reliability engineering support for a variety of industrial and utility clients.

  • Application, design, configuration and commissioning of process control systems distribution and process automation equipment.

  • Writing technical reports related to studies or service calls.

  • Communication point of contact for customers.

  • Provide technical services and support to internal/external customers.


  • Completed Post-Secondary education in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.

  • Knowledge of electrical protection, industrial process control and automation applications.

  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Possess strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Works effectively under time constraints, adapts to change, able to work alone, as well as enjoys participating in a team environment.
